Shipping and Cancellation
General Subject to Stock Availability.
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
Shipping Costs
- Local pick-up is available for NYC residents at zero fee
-Delivery service is available within the 5 boroughs for $5.00
-Standard shipping for NY state only, and is calculated be weight and shipping zip code. Cost averages between $7.00-$15.00
-Overnight shipping is available for NY state only, and is calculated by weight and shipping zip code. Cost averages between $20.00-$25.00
Delivery Terms
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2-7 days.
Dispatch TimeOrders for Classic and Milkshake cookies are usually shipped within 2-3 business days of payment of order.
Decorative and custom cookie orders are shipped on date specified by the customer.
Cookie cutters are usually shipped within 5-7 business days of payment of order.
Our company operates on Monday - Friday, except on some national holidays at which time the company might be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched, please contact us at theroyalsiftingcompany@gmail.com.
Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds on any orders once they've been shipped.
Once custom order forms have been accepted, we will email you a sketch. If the sketch isn't accepted, we make alterations until you are completely satisfied with the way it looks. Once the final sketch is accepted, we will not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Cancelation
If you are unable to keep a scheduled custom order, please give 30 day advance notice to ensure refund.
Cancelling prior to two weeks before the pick-up/ship date will incur a 20% cancellation fee (80% of your payment will be refunded).
No refunds will be given to orders cancelled within two weeks of pick-up/ship date. (At this point supplies, time, etc. has been spent on your order).
Moving your pick-up/shipping date to another week will be considered as a cancellation due to calendar is scheduled based on original date requested.
P.O. Box Shipping
The Royal Sifting Company will not ship to P.O. box addresses.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will be notified via email with their tracking number and will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Late, Lost, Damaged, or Stolen In Transit
Once cookies have shipped, The Royal Sifting Company is not held responsible for late, lost, stolen, or damaged packages incurred during transit. Refunds are not eligible due to late, lost, damaged, or stolen parcels.
